We are proud to have recently celebrated our 57th Anniversary. Rogers & Morgan was founded in 1956 when Ralph L. Rogers invited Peyton L. Morgan, Jr. P.E. to join his single-person manufacturer’s representative firm. Rogers had previously been an engineer with Eastman Chemical both at the Kingsport, TN plant and later with the Manhattan Project in Oak Ridge. Morgan, a VPI engineering graduate, had served with General Patton’s 3rd Army in Europe during WWII and was a regional engineer for Hoffman Air & Filtration prior to 1956.
Rogers & Morgan is currently under the leadership of Randy Phillips, who joined Rogers & Morgan in 2006 after an almost 20-year career with a middle Tennessee manufacturer’s representative firm.
